403 consists of a 72m² single open plan unit with comfortably sized bathroom and shower. This provides you with easy access to each living space, giving you a flow of communication between comfort and functionality.
With a boldly tasteful emphasis on complete comfort, 403 is fully equipped to suit any traveler’s nurturing needs. A majestic extra length designer queen size bed, will have you sleep in the style of true African royalty. The availability of filtered drinking water from our kitchen will ensure complete peace of mind for the health conscious traveler.

Rich browns, and happy creams that have been contrasted with the greatest care and have meticulously fused with hints of suave silvers and perfect lighting to create an ambience that will lift your spirit and subtly evoke a renewed energy. To accompany your visit will be the likes of our friendly resident solid wood family of giraffes. Step onto the balcony with an encompassing African raw wood experience, transported to surrealism by our bushman manikin and the formidable big five artifacts.

• CapeLuxuryRentals.com reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• The owners and management of CapeLuxuryRentals.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
• Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full prepayment 60 days prior
arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
• Credit Cards: the following credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
• Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.

Please note that, effective from 15 November 2010, all agent bookings will require the full STO prepayment prior to guests check-in.
Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is 11h00 on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you would like guarantee an early arrival or a late departure an additional half day's rental must be charged per occurence (as we block the property for the preceding or following night).

We have an early or late check in fee of R300.00 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00.  This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it.

CHECK-IN TIME

Please confirm an exact check in time before arrival so one of our agents can meet you at the apartment at the time of
your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
Refunds, if agreed, is subject to a 10% administration fee.
